 Feasibility Study

A recommended approach to start any business engagement is with a short feasibility study. In this time we take a top-down approach to the business requirements and derive the scope, outcomes and expected Return On Investment (ROI). From this, an engagement strategy can be derived that clearly outlines the responsibilities and deliverables of all parties. This whole exercise can take about 1 - 2 weeks to complete and provides you with a road-map for a successful engagement.

 Detailed Design

In this phase of the implementation, our experienced sustainability consultants will work through the details of how our solutions can be tailored to fit your needs. This includes the detail of your business lifecycle, policy and aspects that are to be loaded into the system. The exact definitions for each input (operating procedures, measurements, check lists etc.) are defined along with the details of all the outputs (compliance reports, key performance indicators, annual reports etc..)

 Implementation

Taking on a Sustainability Management System need not be a daunting task. Our experts are happy to assist with any part of the implementation, right from the initial set-up through to final deployment. With a well planned approach, the process should result in a well executed implementation that meets the requirements in the time expected.

You would expect we would be able to provide training or our own sustainability management system platform... and we do. Training can be over web, as a workshop or simply as written material. Post implemenation support includes a professional support service designed to resolve any disruption to service in the timeframes you require. Support calls are logged and tracked using our ITIL aligned service centre and service level agreement monitored. Patches, fixes and deployments are managed by our technical staff in conjunction with your operational staff. All support services can be tailored to fit your organisaton's scope and budget.
